Our founder has developed a strong foundation of expertise through both academic achievement and practical experience. Igor earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance with distinction from Charles University in Prague, where he was the top student in his class. He continued his education with a Master's degree in Finance from the prestigious London School of Economics, graduating with distinction. Igor's professional journey began at a boutique VC research and advisory firm in London, laying the groundwork for his future accomplishments. This foundation led him to join the Valuation & Financial Modelling Division at Deloitte in Prague, further honing his expertise. Ultimately, Igor expanded his experience as an investment professional at Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management Division in London, where he played a key role in managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios. At AGROFERT Group, one of the largest CEE conglomerates, Igor served as an investment manager, advising the Board of Directors on investments, business development, and corporate strategy. His experience in large-scale business transactions and C-suite operations across Europe has provided him with deep insights into the financial and business world. Throughout his career, Igor shaped organic and inorganic strategy of 200+ companies in 20+ countries. Finally, Igor was recognized as the top 10 content creator worldwide on LinkedIn and #1 finance LinkedIn creator globally.
